Audronė Kaušpėdienė was born in Radviliškis on May 27, 1953. In 1960-71 she studied at Radviliškis V. Valsiūnienė Secondary School. In 1971-76 she continued studies at Vilnius Engineering and Construction Institute, Faculty of Architecture. After finishing the studies, she worked as an architect at: PSPI Kaunas Branch (1976-80), Municipal Design Institute, Kaunas Branch (1981-93), from 1993 – at the joint company Jungtinės Pajėgos. From 2006 she is heading Jungtinių Pajėgų Projektai UAB, designs public buildings, private houses, interiors. A. Kaušpėdienė is a member of the Lithuanian Architects’ Union, Kaunas Branch.

1994 – for the best realisations of public interiors in Vilnius and Kaunas (shop “Divax” and “Pizza Jazz” in the students’ town in Kaunas, reconstruction and interiors of the administrative building of Enifas UAB in Vilnius) at the exhibition-contest “The Best Project of the Year”.

 1996 – for the best project of residential houses (Joint company Jungtinės Pajėgos, catalogue of projects “Residential Houses of Light Constructions”) at the exhibition-contest “The Best Project of the Year”, along with partners.

1997 – for the best realisation of interior (Mexican restaurant “Vidudienis” in Vilnius) at the exhibition-contest “The Best Project of the Year” along with Virginija Rimkienė, Gintautas Kažemėkas.

1999 – award in the special category “For Games” (Interior of Žemaičių Pub in Vilnius) at the exhibition-contest “The Best Project of the Year” along with Arūnas Kavaliauskas, Darius Spranaitis, V. Rimkienė.
2000 – for the best interior project (reconstruction project of the Lithuanian Marine Museum, Fauna Exposition) at the exhibition-contest “The Best Project of the Year” along with A. Kavaliauskas, G. Kažemėkas.
2003 – for the best interior realisation (business and entertainment centre “Forum Palace” in Vilnius) at the exhibition-contest “The Best Project of the Year” along with Rūta Dambrauskaitė, V. Rimkienė, A. Kavaliauskas, Ramunė Dambrauskienė, Saulius Daniulaitis, G. Kažemėkas.

2004 – prize “Horns of Abundance” for the free-time centre “Forum Palace” in Vilnius, in Knauf exhibition, along with R. Dambrauskaitė, R. Dambrauskienė, V. Rimkienė, A. Kavaliauskas, S. Daniulaitis, G. Kažemėkas.

2005 – for the best interior realisation (free-time and entertainment centre “Oazė” in Kaunas) at the exhibition-contest “The Best Project of the Year” along with R.Dambrauskaitė, V.Rimkienė, A. Kavaliauskas, G. Kažemėkas.
