Elena Balsiukaitė - Brazdžiūnienė (Painter, Artist)

Elena Balsiukaitė – Brazdžiūnienė was born in Kaunas on March 4, 1958 03 04. In 1965 - 74 she studied at the 24th Secondary School, between 1974-78 she studied at Kaunas S. Žukas Applied Art Technical School, where she obtained the specialty of artistic weaving. In 1981-89 she studied at Vilnius Academy of Arts, Department of Painting. The artist has been participating in exhibitions since 1989. Between 1990-2001 she was a member of the group “Four”. From 1992 she is a member of the Lithuanian Artists’ Association. Since 1989 she has been working as a lecturer at A. Martinaitis Art School, she is the Deputy Director here.
