Milė Šablauskaitė was born in Juodgalviai, Ignalina region on September 1, 1944. Between 1962–1967 she studied acting at the Lithuanian State Conservatory (lecturers Vytautas Čibiras, Zenonas Buožis). Since 1967 she has been acting at Kaunas State Drama Theatre.
