Inesa Paliulytė was born in Norilsk (Russia) on April 11, 1957. In 1979 she graduated from Juozas Miltinis Theatre Studio in Panevėžys, and studied at Moscow State Lunachiarski Institute of Theatre Art (GITIS) between 1979–1982.
Sine 1979 she has been acting at Kaunas State Drama Theatre and is one of the founders and teachers of the theatre school under the KSDT “My Theatre”. She created and headed the TV 3 broadcast for children “Ryto Tra lia lia”. She is creating and directing various projects for children and grown-ups, organises and heads pedagogical seminars on theatre topics.
