Gintaras Prikockis was born in Radviliškis on September 18, 1958. In 1981 he graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of Vilnius Engineering Construction Institute. He worked as the chief architect in Kaunas Branch of the Monuments Restoration and Design Institute.
He is an acquainted creator of dialogues between heritage and contemporary architecture. The majority of creative works which gained various awards have been performed along with his wife architect Asta Prikockienė.
