Algimantas Masiulis was born in Sudergis, Anykščiai region on June 10, 1931. In 1948–1951 he studied at Panevėžys Drama Theatre Studio (head - Juozas Miltinis). In 1948–1976 he acted at Panevėžys Drama Theatre. Since 1978 he has been an actor of Kaunas State Drama Theatre. In 2001 a book of A.Masiulis “Topic: There is Always a Possibility” was issued.
