I first came to Lithuania in the late 90's I loved it and decided I would someday retire here. to Lithuania seeking peace and retirement while I continue writing the 5 books I have planned. Romaine seemed like a nice quiet place. i bought a home here and now face unplanned traffic gridlock as your haphazard and UN-zoned out of control rages without city supervision or inspections or any semblance of a plan. Building without enough roads, Lack of adequate Water and Wastewater, Electric or other basic pre -planned infrastructure is wholly inadequate. If this is what you call a General Plan for the city you need major help I live along Bivyliu g. every morning there is a line of cars two km long trying to exit and re enter this overbuilt unplanned housing area. There are only two roads in and out and i count over 6500 cars and trucks or even more if I stood out there longer each day using this road in the morning and a larger number after 4PM. You are building roads and sewer pipes during peak traffic hours. That is insane. This work can be done between midnight and 7 AM using lights. I see no planning here, as I told the Mayor's Office the same thing last week. we will get to the cause of this incompetence.
